How do I return / exchange?

What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable but can be exchanged for another size.
Are there any charges for return/exchanges?
- There are no additional charges for return/exchanges
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds if applicable, once approved, will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
- In case of COD orders we will provide store credit by way of gift cards which can be redeemed on your next order
How soon will I get my exchange?

Exchanges if applicable, once approved, will be shipped within 5-7 working days from our warehouse, and we will share the new AWB number with you.
