Nargis for us is a metaphor that stands for the boundless beauty of Kashmir. During our field visit to the state in spring, we witnessed the landscape come to life with beautiful, organic bunches of blooming flowers. This visual memory is translated into a charming range of lightweight breezy garments, embroidered in the traditional craft of crewel embrodiery from Kashmir.
