Returns & Exchange Policy
Before you return a Rangsutra product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
Let's not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Hand-loom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
In spite of these variables, at Rangsutra we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.
Domestic Returns
A return/exchange request needs to be made within 10 days of order delivery by filling out the form on the Returns page.
Once you fill out the form, we will arrange for a reverse pick up and share the details with you. For an item to be eligible for return / exchange it needs to be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Please give the return package 5 to 10 days to reach our warehouse. We will get in touch with you as soon as we receive your return.
Refunds
For prepaid orders (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI) refunds will reflect in your account within 10 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer support will get in touch with you about the refund and pickup process.
Exchanges
If you need a size/piece change, we will have to check our stock and confirm if the size/piece you need is available with us. If not, we will issue a refund for the order amount.
Items purchased on a discounted price / on sale are not eligible for refunds, however we will exchange the product for you in another size / give you another piece if available in stock.
