Inspired from the rich and fascinating ways of the desert tribes that instill a sense of mystery and intrigue, Paheli is an ode to life in the deserts of Bikaner. It features Pakka embroidery which is characterised by a variety of indigenous stitches including Jaat,bakhiya,taka,lath and mirror work. While the vibrant colour palette reminds one of the colourful essence of desert life, the engineered placement of motifs gives the collection its contemporary appeal. Made in two versatile base colours, each piece in this collection tells a story of craftsmanship and heritage.
